Congratulations to Year 13 on their brilliant results!
We are delighted to celebrate the achievements of our Key Stage 5 students as they collect their results today. We are incredibly proud of the dedication, resilience, and hard work shown by all our learners, many of whom have achieved exceptional grades.
Among the many successes this year:
- Arabella B. achieved an excellent set of As and Bs.
- Isla P. exceeded her targets in all three subjects, earning As, Bs, and a Distinction*.
- Reuben S. also surpassed his targets in three subjects, achieving Bs across the board.
- Rosie B. achieved Distinctions and Distinction* in all her subjects.
- Ella P. attained Distinction* and Distinction grades in every subject.
- Charlie D. secured Bs across all of his subjects.

We are particularly pleased with outstanding Level 3 performances in:
- Drama – all students achieved grades A or B.
- Geography, BTEC Sport, Psychology, Health & Social Care, Travel & Tourism, Physics, and Biology – with over a quarter of students achieving A*-A grades.
In addition, the majority of our young people met or exceeded their target grades, with many surpassing them by one or even two grades.
80% of our cohort who applied to university were accepted, with 74% receiving their first-choice placement. 20% will be going through Clearing, supported by our dedicated 6th Form team. A handful of destinations are below:
University of Leeds, Cardiff Metropolitan University, Cardiff University, University of Plymouth, University of Brighton, King’s College London, Manchester Metropolitan University, Royal Holloway, University of Liverpool, Falmouth University. An abundance of courses are being taken up including Law, Forensic Psychology, Biochemistry, History, Criminology, Radiography, Nursing, Game Development, Financial Trading and Archaeology. We also have some students who have decided to take a gap year for travel.
Mrs Bowen, Head of School said “Our students have shown incredible perseverance and determination, and today’s results reflect both their talent and hard work. We could not be prouder of their achievements and are excited to see what they will go on to accomplish next.”
