Shaftesbury school no longer accepts cash or cheques so we are asking all parents to use our secure online system www.wisepay.co.uk to pay for:
- school trips (including collecting parental consent and medical information, for all trips, including trips that are free of charge)
- miscellaneous items such as a replacement student card, sketchpads, charity donations etc.
- student lunchcard top ups for school canteen (under ‘Food and Drink Payments’)
Once you have activated your account you will receive trip letters via email directly from Wisepay. If you have not received a login for your child, please email office@shaftesburyschool.co.uk and we can send over a login.

How to Log In and Make an Online Payment
Please go to your school’s WisePay portal (ie not WisePay’s web site) and click on to the WisePay logo. You will be taken to the Shaftesbury School payment pages.
Alternatively, if you are using the WisePay APP you will be able to use the username and password given to you. Our Schools Organisation Code is 77555615
Please note that if you are making payment for an item you will receive an email confirmation of your purchase (this includes free school trips). If you have not received an email confirmation then you have not completed your basket, please return to the portal or App to complete your purchase.
Can I Change My Password?
You need to log in for the first time using the User Name and Password given to you. However, after you have logged in you are able to change the password given above to one of your choice.
To do this, please go to ‘Change Password’ and follow the on-screen instructions. Please be aware that your email address becomes your User Name if you change your password.
For security purposes, please ensure that your ‘Wise Account’ password you choose is unique to your ‘Wise Account’ and that you do not use it for any other login. WisePay recommends that you change the password issued above to your own password.
What Can I do on My ‘Wise Account’?
Once in your ‘Wise Account’ you can make payments online. You can also view your payment history by clicking on ‘my Wise Account’ tab at the top right of the page.
Information regarding the WisePay App
When you first register an account on the app, it will ask for the organisation code, email and password. The username will be firstname.lastname of your child unless you have already reset your password, in which case this will be your email address.
If you would like to use the app, we recommend you add each account separately and not merge them. This way you can ‘tap’ into one child and make a payment and then ‘tap’ into the other/s. Please refer to our app user guide in the parent view for further information.
Who to Contact if you have Any Questions
WisePay has given the school further information to provide to you and this should answer any questions that you may have. Due to data protection and confidentiality considerations, unfortunately, WisePay cannot take questions over the telephone on individual accounts. Therefore, if you do have any questions, please contact the school office who should be able to answer them directly or will channel them to WisePay on your behalf if they cannot.
